The Magic Rolling Pin knows that for many, homemade pies are a very traditional and most-loved dessert.

Our homemade pastry is made from scratch, hand rolled, carefully folded into a glass pie plate and generously filled with our very own fresh fruit, custard, lemon or cream fillings. Garnished, then baked until they are golden, our pies are a delight to the eyes and the palette.

We sell our pies already baked, in a glass pie plate and wrapped. The glass pie plate is our gift to you and the environment. We hope you will enjoy making your very own homemade pies in your new glass plate.

Each Magic Rolling Pin pie is free of preservatives. We therefore suggest that you enjoy your pie fresh, or place it in the refrigerator or freezer for later. You can reheat your thawed pie in a 200 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about an hour or until warm.

Mile High Apple Pie We pile at least 15 hand-peeled and sliced local Farmers' Market fresh apples into each one of our Mile High Apple pies (shown above). Our Mile High pie, topped with our signature pastry rose and a sparkle of sugar is a Peterborough favourite. Awesome Rhubarb Custard Our pudding-like custard is the perfect flavour combination of tart rhubarb and sugar. We top this traditionally Canadian old-time favourite with a lattice crust. Pumpkin Rich with the magical flavours of pumpkin, cinnamon and cloves, our Pumpkin pie is perfect for any time of year. Enjoy with a generous spoonful of fluffy cream. Banana Cream We add freshly sliced bananas to our homemade filling. We then top each Banana Cream pie with a generous dollop of cream. Coconut Cream Take a mini tropical vacation with a slice of our coconut cream pie. We top our rich coconut cream pie with a cloud of freshly whipped cream. Lusty Lemon Toasted meringue peaks crown our Lusty Lemon pie. We make our velvety smooth filling with hand squeezed lemons. Heavenly Apple Custard We make our Heavenly Apple Custard pies with local Farmers’ Market fresh apples and ground cinnamon. We top each pie with a sweet, toasted streusel. This is traditional comfort food at its finest.
